Enough Of "I'm About To..."

Updated: Feb 12

The face above is usually the face a person makes before they say the following sentence:

I'm about to.....

The reason any of us say that sentence is because we are frustrated about something that is going on in our lives at the time.  That "something" is not just a one time occurrence. It has happened multiple times and that is why we are frustrated.

When we get to our so called breaking point we always manage to say "I'm about to..."

Our boss gets on our nerves for the second time in a week. "I'm about to quit this job!"

I am tired of working for other people! "I'm about to start my own business!"

I am tired of not being able to do what I want to do and go where I want to go, whenever I want to go! "I'm about to save up my money and go on a long vacation!"

We say "I'm about to.." so much and we never get to "I did.."

And that is a problem.

Enough of that sentence.  Time to throw "I'm about to" in the trash!

It is time to take action so that your tomorrow no longer looks like today.  Your tomorrow looks like what you envision for yourself or for yourself and your family.

When I decided to take action my life started to go forward especially when it came to my finances. When I took action I paid off debt, I started my business, I went on more trips with my family, I gave more, I just did more!
